The Estate Plan Registry: Protecting Legacy. Empowering Families. Simplifying the Future.

The Problem

  • 67% of Americans have no estate plan or will
  • Probate courts are overwhelmed; families are left in chaos
  • Current estate planning is expensive, confusing, and inaccessible

The Solution: The Estate Plan Registry (EPR) A secure digital registry where individuals and families can:

  • Register estate plan documents and key information
  • Assign trusted contacts and update with ease
  • Receive reminders for reviews, renewals, and legal changes
  • Avoid storage risks while maintaining awareness and control

How It Works

  1. Sign up and register your estate planning info
  2. Assign family or legal designees as access partners
  3. Receive automatic reminders and resource guidance
  4. Maintain and protect your legacy with confidence

Legal Guidance Disclaimer EPR is not a legal service and does not offer document creation or legal advice. Instead, we empower individuals with structure, reminders, and support tools for managing their estate plan. Users are encouraged to consult with licensed attorneys, and we guide them to trusted resources such as the American Bar Association (ABA) to complete or update their legal documents.

Future Vision: Hardware-Level Security While EPR will not offer document storage upon launch, we are actively exploring advanced partnerships for secure data infrastructure—including a potential collaboration with TSMC, the world’s leading chip manufacturer, to enable future on-device, encrypted document protection.

Why It Matters

  • Supports families with proactive planning
  • Reduces probate caseloads and legal stress
  • Increases access for seniors, veterans, and underserved households
  • Lays the foundation for secure national adoption

Seeking Support to Launch in Florida We invite your leadership to:

  • Pilot EPR as a Florida-first initiative
  • Support legislation recognizing digital estate registries
  • Help families across America protect their legacies with dignity
